Set up an appointment online. Dropped off at 8 was ready for pickup at 8:30. These guys are fast, friendly. Also full of great advice! Will be going there for future tires and alignments.

Discount Tire’s customer service is completely broken. I recently got new tires and rims installed at the Center Line location, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. Not only did they do a poor job balancing my tires, but the service was awful and I was left waiting for hours. Thinking it was just an issue with that specific location, I reached out to Customer Care. They advised me to schedule an appointment online to ensure I wouldn't have to wait. That turned out to be completely untrue. I showed up a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time, only for a technician to tell me that everyone was going on break and I would have to wait another two hours. To make matters worse, another customer who had the exact same issue started voicing his anger about the wait—and they pulled his car in right away ahead of mine just to quiet him down. So apparently, scheduled appointments mean nothing here, but throwing a scene gets you served. Management across the board is a total mess, and they clearly don't respect their customers' time or fairness. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. Im still waiting as im posting this. Meanwhile the custome

Came in with a slow leak in front tire due to a screw puncture. Made on-line appt and was quickly taken care of soon after arrival. Was taken care of by Bret, who kept me informed every step of the process. He was young, caring, and reated this old lady with respect.

Great experience at this Discount Tire! Went in without an appointment for a flat, and Ryan and his team still took care of me in under two hours. They honored the warranty on my tires (bought over two years ago), installed my air sensors free of charge, and even put my spare back under the truck where it belongs no charge for any of it. Professional, fast, and honest service. Highly recommend asking for Ryan and his crew!

I went to have my winter wheels and tires put on my car at the Discount tire located at 8180 Metropolitan Pkwy Sterling Heights, MI. I made an appointment online line a few days earlier, and was seen very soon when I showed up. The sales person was very knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. I dropped my car off, and it was ready for pickup very quickly. The staff was great about unloading the winter wheels and tires from my wife’s car (I can’t fit them in my coupe) and reloading the summer wheels and tires when I picked my car up. All in all, a very good experience.
